A perfect hard-boiled egg.
Crack it and the first piece of shell comes off clean. You're right through the membrane to the slick part. The shell comes off in two or three big pieces. None of this egg white/membrane/shell sticking together crap, with dozens of miniscule shell pieces tearing away big clumps of the good stuff. A perfectly done hard boiled egg is a glistening white oval of goodness.
Slice an egg, place individual disks on crackers, top each with anchovie paste. A perfect start to a perfect day (unless you're one of those anchoviphobes).
